FAQs

What is JAYLA.CO, all about?

JAYLA.CO is a curated space for high-achieving women who want to thrive in work and life—without burning out. Here, you'll find tools, resources, and honest insights to support intentional living, personal growth, career clarity, and real work-life integration.

Who is this site for?

This space is for women who are ambitious, thoughtful, and tired of choosing between success and sanity. Whether you're navigating leadership, craving clarity, or just trying to feel more whole in the midst of your responsibilities—you’ll feel right at home here.

What kind of content do you share?

I share blog posts, digital tools, and helpful resources on topics like personal growth, productivity, intentional success, and how to create a more fulfilling life. Everything is designed to support real women with real lives—not just highlight reels.

How is this different from other self-help or productivity platforms?

This isn’t about hustling harder or chasing perfection. I focus on holistic success—where your goals, wellness, and peace of mind actually coexist. It's real talk, not quick fixes. Here, we integrate work and life, instead of trying to “balance” them.

Do you offer coaching or 1:1 services?

While I don't currently offer 1:1 coaching, everything on this site is designed to give you high-impact support through content, tools, and intentional resources. If that ever changes, my community will be the first to know.

What does 'work-life integration' mean to you?

Work-life integration means aligning your work with your life—not competing with it. It’s about creating a rhythm that reflects your values, energy, and priorities—so you can thrive in all the roles you hold, without feeling pulled apart.

Is this a faith-based platform?

Yes—this platform is rooted in my biblical faith in Jesus Christ. Everything I create is shaped by God’s Word and a desire to honor Him through how I live, lead, and serve.

As Jesus said in John 13:34–35 (LSB): "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

That kind of love is the foundation of everything you’ll find here and my life as a whole. My faith compels me to love others well, and everyone is welcome in this space. Whether you're seeking clarity, growing in purpose, or simply trying to live more intentionally—you belong here.
