I've been thinking about this space for a while now.

Where Women Thrive™ is where we share the strategies—the frameworks for building careers, businesses, and lives by design. It's intentional, actionable, and focused on helping you move from default to design.

But this? This is different.

This is where I share what's shaping my own life. The books stacked on my nightstand. The coffee shops in the Hudson Valley I keep coming back to. The routines that ground me when everything feels chaotic. The lessons I'm learning as I grow this platform—while working full-time. The small, intentional choices that add up to something bigger.

Consider this online journal an extension of the platform, but more personal. Less about what you should do, and more about what I'm actually doing. The curated favorites, the reflections on faith, the behind-the-scenes moments of building something meaningful while trying to live well.

What You Can Expect Here

I'll be sharing across five main areas:

Style & Favorites – What I'm buying, loving, and recommending

Work & Life – Career moments and what it's like building a business alongside a full-time executive role

Travel & Places – Guides to NYC, the Hudson Valley, and wherever else I'm exploring

Wellness & Home – The routines and practices that keep me grounded

Weekly Edit – End-of-week roundups of everything I'm reading, watching, and into right now

Some posts will be practical guides. Others will be more reflective. All of it will be real.

What's Coming

Over the next few weeks, I'll be sharing:

  • The leadership lessons I wish I'd learned earlier

  • What's in my work bag (and why every item earned its place)

  • A realistic morning routine for women who don't have hours to spare

  • Edits of what I'm reading, buying, and loving

I'm glad you're here. This space has been a long time coming, and I'm excited to finally share it with you.

Welcome to my journal.
